Carrier tech support is crap. To put it nicely.
You call tech support looking to speak with someone and you have to leave a message. Now leaving a message may be fine for some, but when you are in the field needing answers that *** doesn't cut it. Mow mind you it may take up to 24 hours for a response. What the F@%$ is that.

Not intuitive. Glitchy. Heat blasting at 2am and at 69 when schedule has temp setting of 64. Not suppose to be 70 until 6am. Furnace company indicated only way to fix was to turn off SMART feature so now don't have that functionality. Inexplicably flips fan setting...Read more
