My Infinity A/C was in the house when I bought it. The thermostat has never worked correctly, in that it doesn't reset itself when the power goes out. This may seem small, but if I went on vacation for a week, my house would be covered in mold when I got back, because...

Carrier tech support is crap. To put it nicely.

You call tech support looking to speak with someone and you have to leave a message. Now leaving a message may be fine for some, but when you are in the field needing answers that *** doesn't cut it. Mow mind you it may take up to 24 hours for a response. What the F@%$ is that.

Not intuitive. Glitchy. Heat blasting at 2am and at 69 when schedule has temp setting of 64. Not suppose to be 70 until 6am. Furnace company indicated only way to fix was to turn off SMART feature so now don't have that functionality. Inexplicably flips fan setting...

I can NOT give even one star to Carrier. I bought a NEW unit in January 2015, today is August 21, 2017. 18 months later the compressor broke and it has to be replaced but Carrier only recognize replacing the compressor but not other charges such as hand labor and the...

We installed new ac system less than 2 years ago. The compressor went out. Although part was on the warranty, I couldn't use the contractor which I want to change the unit. Carrier only can release the replacement parts to the vendor who installed it originally, Arctic...

I have never taken the time to write up a compliant online but Carrier's lack of support has prompted me to take the time. I would highly recommend against using Carrier. I had a situation where an evaporator coil was found to have a leak 3 days out of warranty. We had...

I am also pissed. Our 2.5 year old A.C. unit was blowing warm air. Turns out there was a manufacturing defect that caused a slow leak in the coil. Carrier will not take respon...
